1. Introduction

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Fresh Events' website and services. By accessing this website or using our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Fresh Events' website or services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Services

Fresh Events provides event planning, management, and coordination services. Our services include but are not limited to event conceptualization, venue selection, catering arrangements, entertainment booking, and on-site management.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a confirmation has been issued by Fresh Events.

Payment terms:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total event cost is required to secure a booking.
  • 50% of the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the event date.
  • The final balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.
  • For bookings made within 60 days of the event date, 75% of the total event cost is required to secure the booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the event date: 75% of the amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made between 60-90 days prior to the event date: 50% of the amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made between 30-60 days prior to the event date: 25% of the amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event date: No refund will be provided.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Fresh Events and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Fresh Events website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from the website for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

6. Limitations of Liability

Fresh Events will not be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of our website or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
